What exactly does Mina do?+
Mina is your AI assistant inside the app. She can help you find your way around, choose a prompt, review something you've already recorded, or resolve a usage issue. If you'd rather not pick prompts yourself, you can ask Mina to pose and manage them for you instead — the choice is always yours.
Is this actually private? Who can see what's recorded?+
Everything is encrypted in storage, and only you decide who sees it. Family members you invite can view answers if you allow it — they can never delete or download your original recordings, and you can revoke anyone's access at any time.
What if my parent doesn't want to talk into a phone?+
They don't have to. Every prompt can be answered by voice, video, or writing — whichever feels most natural, and it can change from one story to the next.
How easy is it to find an answer again later?+
Search by keyword or topic, and any recording plays back instantly — voice, video, or written. Sharing a specific answer with family takes one tap.
What happens if I stop paying?+
Nothing is ever deleted automatically. If a payment lapses, your Vault simply moves to view-only until you reactivate — you can always see, search, and export everything you've recorded.
Can family members edit or delete my stories?+
No. Only you can delete or edit content. Family members you invite can view, comment, or ask questions — never remove anything.
Can I get a printed keepsake?+
Yes — anytime you'd like a physical copy, you can order a printed keepsake made from your saved stories. It's entirely optional; everything lives safely in your vault either way.
